A classic bodyweight exercise for chest and triceps. Use the resistance band
for added resistance if needed by placing it across your back and looped
around your hands

Use a pull-up bar to target your back and biceps. If you dont have a pull-up
bar, do lat- pull downs with resistance bands
4. Planks (abs): 3 sets x 12 repetitions:
Hold a plank position for 30-60 seconds to work your core and stabilize your
spine.
5. Resistance Band Rows (Lats and Rhomboids): 3 sets x 12 repetitions:
Attach the resistance band to a secure anchor point and perform rows by
pulling the band towards your torso, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
6. Bicep Curls (Biceps): 3 sets x 12 repetitions:
Using the resistance band, perform bicep curls to target your biceps.

Gym Workout Routine
1. Smith Machine Squats: 3 sets x 12 reps
Place the bar on your traps, sit down with the bar while maitaining your head
and chest up, stop once your legs are at 90°. Keep your heels on the ground
the whole time.
2. Chest Press machine or Incline dumbell bench press: 3 sets x 12 reps
Keep your upper arm tucked to 35°, keep elbow and wrist stacked in a
straight line and push the dumbells straight up.
3. Pull-Ups: 3 sets x 12 reps
Arch your back, have your arms stretch all the way to the bottom, pull yourself
to the bar. (Use an assisted pull-up machine if needed)
4. Seated row machine: 3 sets x 12 reps
Keep your chin tucked, roll shoulders over the pad, arch your back and push
into the chest pad
5. Seated dumbell shoulder press: 3 sets x 12 reps
Keep arms in front of you in the scapular plane, elbows and wrist in a straight
line, push straight up
6. Dumbell or cable lateral raises: 3 sets x 12 reps
fold your wrist down, raise handle or dumbell out to side, lower with control
7. Cable Bicep curl: 3 sets x 12 reps
Keep elbows tucked to your ribs, with your upper arm glued to your body,
raise from elbow to hand the handle straight up
8. Ab crunch machine: 3 sets x 12 reps
